HTML question

How the hell do I turn an image into a link? I'm trying to get the Klaine Princess Diaries ready to post, so that way I can just unlock it next week (I'm scheduled to post on my third day of my new job, so I think it should all be done ahead of time.)

I have navigation bars and the HTML isn't working for previous or next, since it's being hosted on photobucket. Help?
