This is really fascinating :D As much as Sam being gone pains me, this new Dean is really intriguing, his relationship with Lindsey is intriguing, and him going to LA to get Lindsey out of Hell? Brilliant :D I was half expecting him to show up during the last battle, mistake Lorne for an oddly dressed bad demon, and kill him before he took his shot. This is even better, though. And I love the bit of Angel/Dean at the end :) One of my favorite lines is this:
Anything can be bought if you have enough money, or are frightening enough—and Dean’s learned how to be terrifying.
It's a very Lindsey sentiment, I think, made more than sentiment by a Dean who's lost his humanity (which makes it canon now, because Dean's since said himself on the show that Sam keeps him human)
(in other news, I need an Angel icon that isn't puppet!Angel or a Lindsey icon or both :p puppet!Angel will have to do in the meanwhile :p )
