Curbstomping would be an improvement on Umbridge's ultimate fate. I'm rereading parts of OotP to write the fic, and dear lord, Umbridge is a horrible, terrible, monster of a human being.

It's going to be fun, writing her fate.

She really was. Writing a better ending by way of Merlin handily defeating her in an appropriately vicious way would be awesome.
