Idea One for “Supernatural”: Sam, for whatever reason, dies.  

Right after that, Dean's caught by Hendrickson.

What happens?

Idea One for "Supernatural" crossovers: (Men in Black) How about, Dean and Sam--instead of becoming hunters--are conscripted by the Men in Black?

Idea Two for "Supernatural" crossovers: ("Gilmore Girls") Dean Winchester and Lorelai Gilmore meet up.  Hot sex ensues. Sam can watch, if he wants.
 

Idea Two for “Supernatural”: Missouri meant to tell John the truth, she really did. But what she told him—Evil, Mary’s death, Sam’s destiny—was all just a bit slanted.

 

Mary wasn’t all sunshine and daises, but it wasn’t her blood the curse flowed through. It wasn’t her blood that branded Sam as the demon’s own kin.

 

And it wasn’t Mary’s blood that gave Dean to the demon at conception, or Mary’s blood that locked away the bit of his humanity left when the demon finally took him home.

 

Idea Three for “Supernatural” crossovers: (Anne Bishop’s Tir Alainn universe) Dean is revealed to have a talent for all four of the Mother’s branches. Rhyann travels from her world to the SN ‘verse and things happen.

 

Idea Four for “Supernatural” crossovers: (Anne Bishop’s Black Jewels universe) Dean falls into Ebon Askavi a few decades after Jaenelle’s death. Daemon is still floundering, lost in grief and rage, and not even Lucivar can pull him out of it. Dean’s searching for a way home, sure that Sam’s in trouble, but he’s caught up in Daemon’s spell. Finally, Dean convinces Daemon to come back to Earth with him, and then…

 

Idea Three for “Supernatural”: Mary was just a normal girl. John was just a normal boy. Sam’s not ‘gifted,’ not really—and neither is Dean. But Dean’s channeling something, something bound up in his blood, and only Sam’s death will set him free. That’s what John whispered in his ear, and Dean swore Sam would never know.

 

But Sam finds out all the same.

 

Idea Four for “Supernatural”: Jessica knew exactly who Dean was the moment she saw him in her apartment, standing a breath away from Sam.   She’d been seeing him in her dreams for years.

Idea One for The Witches of Eileanan: At the beach, Isabeau fell in love with Morag. It nearly shattered her when she learned Morag was Maya the Ensorceller.

 

Idea Five for “Supernatural” crossovers: (Devour) Instead of the dealmaker, it’s Marisol who meets Dean at the crossroads. She tells him that she can bring Sam, Mary, and John back, give them the life they deserve, of normality and safety, that they will be happy—and all Dean has to do is give her himself.

 

He agrees. So she erases his memory and takes him back through time, turning him into Jake.

 

But Sam has dreams about a life he never lived, a life where his mother died and instead of a younger sister, he had an older brother named Dean.

 

Idea Six for “Supernatural” crossovers: (Dogma) Sam’s at college and Dad’s on a hunt in Georgia. Dean’s alone, traveling through Wisconsin, when he picks up a hitchhiker. They’ve gone a few miles when demons attack and the hitchhiker leaps from the car, wings arching up over his head.

 

Idea One for The Black Jewels Trilogy: Daemon Sadi is the most feared man in the realms; Lucivar Yaslana looms in his shadow. Together, they are unbeatable—which is why Dorothea never lets them stay close. However, when Dorothea has Lucivar tortured to keep Daemon in line, nearly killing him, Daemon finally snaps and destroys Dorothea’s court. Now the brothers roam the realms, never far from each other, dispensing their own brand of justice.

 

Idea Five for “Supernatural”: Only Haley and Dean make it out of the wendigo’s lair alive.

 

Idea Seven for “Supernatural” crossovers: (Greek mythology) John Winchester did the best he could, but Mary’s father, Poseidon, finally tracked down the boys and claimed them as his own.

 

Idea Six for “Supernatural”: the Impala talks to Dean in his dreams.

DUDE! This has been what I've been ranting to my best friend about for the last couple weeks. I've begun to catch up on Gilmore Girls, and why didn't I know about Lorelei before? She drinks coffee! She listens to AC/DC on road-trips and Metallica is her favorite band! She's perfect for a hook-up with Dean! I'm itching to read Lorelei/Dean W., and I can't find any...

There're dozens of fics about Dean F and Sam W hooking up with Lorelai, but I haven't found A SINGLE ONE about Dean W! It is most saddening.

Arrrrg. I guess I'll just have to write one then. I've already got a semi-bunny about Luke denying Lorelei coffee and Dean driving through town, and Lorelei hears the Metallica blasting and sees the coffee in Dean's hand, and runs out in front of his car to make him stop and offers to buy his coffee. It's semi-crackish, but I'm baffled at why there is no Lorelei/Dean W., and I'm desperate enough to try my hand at writing it.

I'm slowly working my way through GGs2 and I've got another bunny I'm starting to write about Sam and Dean staying in The Cheshire Cat B&B after "The Road Trip to Harvard", humor, no pairings. So yeah. Being eaten alive by bunnies over here.
