1. So, back when Inception first came out,
[info]tigris_lilsis saw it and wanted me to go but I kept saying no.  Then, she got it for her birthday and I sorta watched it.  Then, she convinced me to rewatch it just for the Arthur/Eames scenes.

Yeah, I've been reading oodles and boodles and bushels and barrels and tons of Inception fic in the last week.  There are so many good stories in this fandom!

2. So, now Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Tom Hardy are my new boys.  Which means, of course, that I have to track down everything they've ever been and watch it.  (Did you know JGL was the kid in Angels in the Outfield?  I didn't.)

My favorite of JGL's movies so far is The Lookout, and I couldn't watch Kill-Shot all the way through because I cheated and looked it up on wikipedia, and Stop-Loss, I figured was going to go poorly so I stopped after the adorable beginning that quickly turned heartbreaking.  And GI Joe?  Is ridiculous, dude.  *hee*

And Tom Hardy, so far all I've found of his is The Virgin Queen.  He was gorgeous.  It was before he got all bulked up and his cheekbones were to die for.  I really want to see Rock'n'Rolla and Bronson, but I have to wait till the library gets them in.

3.  I've still not seen the last two episodes of Supernatural.  I'm not sure why.

4. So, I didn't sign on to become a real employee at Macy's, which means my last day was January 1st.  I've applied to at least a dozen places as an office assistant/receptionist, and I took the PC skils test for a library aide position yesterday since I failed the test to become a library tech last autumn.  (Taking a math test cold after three years is a bad idea, by the way.  I hate math.)  I want to become a library aide, then upgrade to a library tech, and then in the fall, I'll think about staying on as a tech for good or going to grad school to become a real librarian or a teacher.

5. I still don't know what I want to do with my life. *sigh*

6. I miss school.  Sitting and listening to someone who knows and loves what they're talking about, learning something new.  The downside to that is a teacher who doesn't love what they're talking about and makes sure you know it.  But on the whole, I was pretty lucky with my teachers over the years.

7. Have you ever thought about the arbitrary rules for the word 'the'?  And tried to explain them to someone who didn't grow up speaking English?  It's really hard.
