request and unfinisheds

First of all, I'd like someone to talk to about a fic.  My usual person has decided that I can only talk to her about original works anymore, and I think I might be languishing.  I have to have ten thousand words written for some point in January, and I have a basic idea and blueprints, but I seem to be struggling with the finer details.  The fandom is Glee/Princess Diaries, and familiarity with both would be awesome.  Any takers?

Why isn't Hawaii 5-0 available at the library or blockbuster.com?  (I need to remember to check the shelves at the actual blockbuster.)  I want to give it a try, since so many people seem to like it.  And I read a couple of really good crossovers.
