Wow, this is completely new and puts on a very different view power-wise on Sam's character especially for me. The power that he uses is always painted as being terrible (understandable considering where they came from), and I can't say that I've ever read a fic/drabble in which they are shown in a more positive light like this one. Nor did I get the sense of dread that maybe he let it corrupt him either, and boy is that ever quite the God-like feat he accomplished. It was just a brother trying to please a brother, and no "shmoopyness" in sight. A helluva happy future!fic ending.
I can't wait 'til Dean sees the winged ones either - If he's ansty with planes, will the winged horses freak him out any? :p Also loved the inclusion of the leer. He's just not Dean without leering, Lol.
