Mmm, only read the ones in the fandoms I know (X-men and Star Trek) but they were both lovely and fraught. I'm writing immediately post-Alcatraz in my X-Novel now and enjoyed your take on Bobby protecting John from everyone.
I adored Bones' line about not spooking the horses. Right in character, both from the point of view of the country background and empathy.
