Actually, I was kind of upset about the new Pooh movie- because the voices don't match the VHS (I honestly wore out and we had to buy a new one) from when I was a kid gosh darn it! This is a travesty! D:
Did the Disney show have the same voices as the movie? Because I really love the movie and I rewatched it recently, but it's been awhile since I saw any of the show. I really remember liking it, though.
But, yeah, I hear you on different voices messing things up. They didn't get the same Eric back for The Little Mermaid sequel, so from the outset I didn't like it. And I recall really not liking the prince's voice in the Cinderella sequel, for some reason.
