Harry Potter canon question

So, I'm writing an Inception/Harry Potter next generation fic, with Eames&Arthur at Hogwarts. My question is this:

Besides Neville Longbottom, do we have any canon on teachers? I figure Flitwick would still be there and McGonagal is headmistress, but beyond that? Should I keep most of the old teachers or make some up?

The Harry Potter wiki has a list of professors that include those from the past and the next-gen ones. It looks like there aren't many that we're sure of, besides Neville. I'd say you're pretty safe making some up (or picking out random student names from the books and making them professors!)
