Forgive the brevity of this, but the most uplifting advice that was ever given to me was
"you'll cope"
The meaning of it was, I believe, no matter what happens, I (and I hope you) will cope, will get through, will manage
Every time I get beat down, I think to myself "remember, *YOU'LL COPE*"- and that lifts my heart, lifts my soul and gives me strength, makes me remember that I'll get through
“I have never listened to anyone who criticized my taste in space travel, sideshows or gorillas. When this occurs, I pack up my dinosaurs and leave the room.”
