Hee! You got me twirls. (Yeah, I'm a meanyhead and everyone loves it.)
That depends. What kind of perspective do we get on Dean's enslavement? What kind of enslavement? Will it be even kinkier that Gordon's enslavement of Dean? What kind of view do we get of Sam healing Dean after he frees him? How much of Draco/Sam do we really have to see? I know. How contrary am I? I want to see Dean in his "relationship," but not Sam in his.
I don't know why some fics get more response than others. Fandom is just really weird. However, I have two theories that may be mutually exclusive.
Slash: More people read slash. It's just odds that more will respond. Or, people who read slash and other stuff figure, why bother responding to both? Why they pick the slash to respond to, I don't know.
Dark fic: This leaves you feeling like you need an outlet. What's a good outlet? Feedback! Furthermore, resolution may be desired. Personally, I'm more likely to comment on fic because I want the author to write more. How do I encourage her? Feedback! I may not explicitly ask for more, but I generally hope that feedback will encourage. (Though, by that thinking I should comment on all your fics in the hope that you will write more of anything.) Happy fic leaves people feeling good. Satisfied. What would they want to comment for? They got everything they wanted. People lack motivation, gotta leave 'em hungry if you want action.
I actually just had the idea. There's no outline beyond the question above.
I generally leave feedback on most anything I read, unless I don't like it. And I only don't like it if the grammar sucks, the spelling's horrible, and the characters are out-of-character.

However I will try to comment more in the future.
