Also!  The kid's totally Dean's, and did you notice?  His name's BEN!! 

And!  I wrote Sam going to a demon for help a couple weeks ago.   *hee*  I like her now!

love the kid-- such fic fodder! such!!!
also i felt/hoped like she was maybe lying. I mean, two deans, in like two weeks? no woman is so lucky! It would be sooo cool if they were in future eps, cuz daddy!dean is the hottest thing ever.

angsty sammy, backstory, demons being complicated, mary's history (and daddy!dean, gumby!sex conception, i mean, *wow*) -- i feel like this season has so much potential! And also that the writers that be are taking the feedback of the fans somewhat seriously and writing tighter/plottier pieces.

I'm kind of surprised that people want the kid to be Dean's. I actually think that'd be even more horrible for Dean considering he'd have missed out on so many years of his life. I was really happy when Lisa said Ben wasn't Dean's because I don't think that'd work for what's going on in the show for him to actually have a kid.

I don't think she said it was two Deans. The other guy was a biker according to her. So many of those traits they gave Ben to make us think he was Dean's (which they sure didn't try to be subtle about) were not genetic so Ben obviously had to have picked those traits up somewhere else growing up, but not from Dean who didn't even know he existed.

OMG! I am so with you... if there hadn't been other people in my house I would have went through it like madly jumping up and down, yelling, and generally just making weird noises... b/c that episode right there was the freaking bomb! And that ending, I actually gasped and then promptly cussed and then squee-ed like whoa!

This just gives the character way more potential for awesome storylines....I mean what's gonna happen when Dean finds out?

He's gonna wanna exorcise her, of course, and Sam's gonna be like, "No, YOU CAN'T" but won't tell Dean why, and Dean'll be like, "Dude, she's a DEMON, what are you DOING?" and Sam'll pull out the puppy eyes, and Ruby will run off while they're arguing, and Dean'll say, "Look what you did!" and Sam'll be relieved.

3x02 is definitely one of the best Supernatural episodes ever, which is saying a whole hell of a lot.

And Ben.
...I was so waiting for Lisa to say his dad was 'Alec'... *sigh*
Ben was awesome.

This whole damn episode was the awesomest of the awesome. *is happy*

Though I believe some of my reactions are heavily influenced by the fact that there are new episodes of Supernatural again. :)
