Perhaps you should describe what the names mean to you. I looked up Siris and found the goddess of beer. I doubt Dean wants to be named for a goddess, even if she is for beer.
Of course, and Siris is meant to be short for Osiris. I can't vote as I don't have a livejournal account, but I think Dean would be better suited to a less exotic name like Seth. Or Siris except that that reminds me of Cyrus, the villain in "Route 666", and he's just yuck. So preferably Seth.
That's a fine name. I wonder what kind of fic this will be. An Au where Dean is a mountain dog, or is he turned into one? Either way: Hee hee! And the breed really is beautiful.
