"Stargate: Atlantis" AU idea
Jul. 30th, 2008 09:17 pm So, there's this race of people called the Children. Each of them has an affinity for one of the four elements; some have a talent for more than one. The most powerful with Air is their leader--called a "Lord/Lady of the Sky". Each of them also has another form, some type of animal, that shows where their affinity lies.
Turns out, the Ancients were descended from the Children; their 'acension' thing was simply them trying to reclaim what they once had.
Atlantis was not built by the Ancients; Atlantis created the Ancients, on the orders of the Children. And John Sheppard is the newest, most powerful Lord of the Sky.
So, of course, the Children must return to Atlantis, to welcome their leader home.
