Well obviously a genetic splicing of John Sheppard and Dean Winchester. Sure, the snark would be at superhuman levels, as would the cockiness. But imagine the possibilities of a world with a genetic superhuman created from the DNA of both men.

I'd go for Dean. Dean or Ben and Alec (Dark Angel: you've got to love a fandom with canonical multiple Jensens). Then Jack Harkness and Ianto Jones. Then John Sheppard, Lee Adama, or Karl Agathon. Sam Winchester isn't really my type.
