Oooo, I really hope that doesn't happen...I want the epic brotherly love of Sam and Dean to save the world, not destroy it...but it sure is one helluva scary thought...because we all know that if it came down to it, Dean wouldn't kill Sam.
I'm still wondering that, since his little trip to hell, if maybe the roles have been reversed and we've just not seen it yet. Maybe Sam's the savior and Dean the destroyer now?
