Wow. Dean's is so sad, and that last one, so true. all stellar, but Azazel's especially. I could so see that happening. I love the picture too, very powerful and appropriate. Deliciously blasphemous. Tho sometimes I think it's the other way around - Sam's the demon army general, but the king/emperor/lord is Dean. <3 Lucifer!Dean.
I also like the idea of Sam being the public face, the Boy King the demons come to see, while Dean is the one that has the power, running everything behind the scenes, killing those who disagree with him or threaten Sam, stuff like that.
