Or you know.

Two established Heterosexual characters could remain Heterosexual.

Just to shake things up.

I dunno. I find heterosexual sex pretty damn fun :)

I mean, theres always Vin/Letty or Mouse/Letty or Tyress/Thathotchickfrom2f2f, and so on and so forth.

Hell, pretty much anyone and letty is good in my book. Mia's hot. I'd go for Letty/Mia.

Yeah. I would.

Well, for one, because fanfic is FULL of taking heterosexual men and making them in to homosexual men. Mostly by women. Thats not bad, it's just vastly overdone.

It's not interesting and it requires the rewrite of portions of a character that make the character who they are.

The thing about the chicks was just ironic misogyny.

I might have seen it twice already and be planning to see it again this weekend >_>

Please, please please tell me you are going to write fic?? Slashy fic would be wonderful, but at this point I'll take anything!

I personally don't like the second film... not because the lack of Dom/Vin, it just doesn't have the impact as the first/fourth. On the other hand I do like Tokyo Drift, it's kind of my guilty pleasure's guilty pleasure XD

Awesome!

I'm thinking of watching the second, but the third has been returned. Should I get it back?

It kind of depends what you're looking for. You definitely don't need to see it. It's nowhere near as slashy as the first one, or second one for that matter, and the boys aren't so pretty IMO *g* On the other hand the cars in the third movie are very pretty and the story is kind of cute. I love Sung Kang character, Han, it's a shame he's only in the fourth move for a few minutes.

Kind of jumping into the conversation above, I actually think Dom and Brian are prime characters for slashy fic. They clearly have a close connection, despite the circumstances of how they are thrown together. That, added to the fact that the circles they move in mean they probably aren’t the kind of guys who are going to start shouting about it if they find themselves attracted to another man...

Of course if the mainstream media were to give us more openly gay guys to play with maybe we wouldn’t have to take allegedly straight characters and turn them gay xD

The Fast and The Furious franchise is particularly bad for that actually.

It’s not like fangirls are the only ones who see the slashy side of TFATF. I’m not sure if you’ve seen this skit by SNL - The Fast and The Bi Curious (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XE8QiTDWCVk) - but it kind of says it all *g*
