More notes: What's weird is, I actually wrote what could be considered the prequel to this earlier today, before the ep aired.  I don't do spoilers so I didn't know what would actually happen. It's not typed yet, though. 

 

 

 

We did what we must, Azrael said. 

 

I know, Gabriel replied. But I still—

 

Azrael interrupted, Do not, Brother. He has a plan and it is good. 

 

Gabriel looked away. Yes, he whispered. He has a plan and it is good because He is good.

 

Michael did not speak. He kept his eyes closed and his wings tightly folded, and he stood in silence.

 

Eons passed in minutes and Azrael turned to his brothers. We have much to do, he said. 

 

Yes, Gabriel said again. 

 

Finally, Michael spoke. The plan, he murmured, spreading his wings. Let us go to war.
