So, I have two tests and a paper(that just needs to be proofread), and that's it for school. I have about five stories to type up, and then one to rewrite. I have a job interview tomorrow. I have dozens of ideas that are a couple sentences up to a little over a page.
So, why not give myself something else to be responsible for, yeah?
Anyone who comments in this post gets to request a drabble of any pairing/character of their choosing from me. In return, they have to post this in their journal, regardless of their ability level. If you're not sure which fandoms I write in, check out my tag page, yo.

Date: 2009-05-03 01:04 pm (UTC)I've found that I write more during school than when I'm on vacation. Is that weird?

Date: 2009-05-04 03:35 pm (UTC)"Dean," he called softly. "Dean, we should try to conserve heat."
Dean didn't move. Hadn't made a sound in hours. Not since Sam left him here.
Castiel took a deep breath and counted to three, took another, finally forced himself to his knees. He shuffled his way to Dean, unable to crawl because both his hands were broken. His wings trailed on the dusty floor. He'd been too weak to do anything but wrap them around him in days.
"Dean," he whispered, settling next to his human. "Dean."
Dean still didn't respond, but Castiel pulled him close anyway, wrapping his wings around them both.

Date: 2009-05-03 02:21 pm (UTC)Victor/Jimmy (or Sabertooth/Wolverine) doesn't have to be a pairing, but interaction of some kind would be wonderful *g*
(Oh crap, does this mean I actually have to offer write something? It's so long since I did I'm not sure anyone will even request something if I do!)

Date: 2009-05-03 04:07 pm (UTC)Over a hundred years, they were together, brothers against the world, had each other’s backs against anything, and then Jimmy got his dander up, got tired of the hunt—left Victor alone. Just left. Left to go be normal and shit, like what he’d had with Victor didn’t even matter.
The thought of those first weeks, when it was just Victor and the team with no Jimmy, no one who understood the bloodlust—it still makes Victor snarl. Want to bash someone’s teeth into their face, carve them up and howl. Jimmy was the only one who could ever call him back from the edge, from sliding over into madness and staying, and Jimmy left.
But now he’s not Jimmy, and he’s not even really Logan. He’s like a cub, brand-new and curious. He’s instincts and abilities, with no knowledge of who and what he was, what he did. Victor could slink right in and teach him how to be what he should have been. He wants to. Jimmy will be with him again, like they were in the beginning, both no more than cubs.
He’s still so angry, though. Jimmy would need a deft touch, soft, and Victor has never been that.
So he watches, guards his brother, and waits.

Date: 2009-05-03 05:14 pm (UTC)Would love a fic about Ben and Sabretooth, then. Your choice if its gen or slash. Just would love to see how these two interact.
Saw your prompt in my journal and I gotta say, that's really tough but I will think about it when I wake up tomorrow. :-)

Date: 2009-05-03 09:14 pm (UTC)Instead, he found a trembling boy, the cub exhausted and emaciated and delectable enough to eat. Victor just stared at him, curled up at the base of a tree, hazel eyes wide.
“And who might you be?” he asked, crouching down. He didn’t want to kill the kid, to his own shock. Kinda wanted to adopt him, take him home, feed him good and proper. He hadn’t felt this way since he followed Jimmy into the woods that night of awakenings.
The cub just bared his teeth, eyes narrowing. Maybe if he were bigger it’d be intimidating, but Victor just bared his teeth right back, adding a hint of a growl to the words when he demanded, “What’s your name?”
“Ben,” the kid muttered. “Sir.”
“Well, Ben-Sir,” Victor said, standing back up and stepping over his side. “You’re comin’ with me, cub. Clearly, you’re as useless at takin’ care of yourself as Jimmy.”
The boy fought like a wildcat, like Victor when he’d been young. But he was wounded and tired and clearly starving, so it was barely a struggle. When he was full-grown, though, and at full strength? Victor could imagine the battle and his mouth watered.
Benny-boy didn’t smell like a mutant, Victor noticed, when he had him in his arms. He smelled like the cougars Victor sometimes hunted against, seeing who could bring down the prey first. Mixed in with the cat, though, was normal human, blood and sweat. It was an interesting combination, one he’d study further later.
Once he’d accepted that he couldn’t get free, the cub settled right on down. “Be good now, cub,” Victor purred. “I’ll take care of you, don’t fret.”
“Yes, sir,” he said softly. Victor smirked. Yes, this boy would be fun. One day, he might even be as good of a hunting partner as Jimmy.

Date: 2009-05-03 07:01 pm (UTC)If your answer is "Hell yes, bastardize that meme all you want!", I suspect you've already got an idea what I'm going to request. *impish grin* (I CANNOT HELP IT, YOU WROTE IT SO BEAUTIFULLY!!!)
Though, if more Jo/John isn't meant to be just now, I will adore some Sam/Dean just as hard.

Date: 2009-05-03 08:33 pm (UTC)Oh, Johnny, you twisted boy, Azazel purred, calling forward the memory. She’s younger than Sammy, you cad.
John tried closing his eyes, turning his face away, but trapped in his own mind, there was nowhere to go.
You called her Mary, Azazel said. Did you imagine it was your blushing bride you pumped your cursed seed into? Sorry, kiddo. Mary’s long dead. She’s been screaming in Hell for years.
John didn’t say anything, didn’t respond. The demon—Mary’s murderer—wanted a reaction, so he would give none.
I wonder, Hunter, Azazel mused. It made you even harder when she called you Daddy. You’ve locked it away tight, but do you think it’s your fault your boys are so twisted? You’re a monster yourself, after all. Of course you’d raise monsters.
John kept silent, but Azazel continued, Don’t wanna think about it, Johnny? About Sammy sticking it in Dean? That boy is pretty when he’s panting, begging, howling for release. You’ve locked it away tight, but I can see that you wondered. Wanted. That’s why you left, isn’t it?
Finally, John hissed, Shut the fuck up.
Azazel cackled, loud and long, shoving John further into the recesses of his mind. She looks a bit like your boy would as a daughter, doesn’t she, Johnny. He turned the memory off, shaking John’s muscle loose, getting ready. Your sons, Winchester. They’re something else, you know?
The last thing he heard before everything going mute and dark was Azazel murmuring, They’re the reason Mary was my favorite. You wanna know why you called that little girl Mary? So you wouldn’t call her Dean.
