There is a difference between 'defiantly' and 'definitely.'  A HUGE difference.  

Also, 'I' should be capitalized.  'Cannot' is one word.  Punctuation isn't optional.

I cannot be the only person in the world who knows this.

And then, there's this definite difference b/w "then" and "than."
