So, for argument's sake, let's say someone wrote a ficlet where White Collar meets SG-1.  Would Peter call Jack "General O'Neill" or just "O'Neill"?  Would Sam be "Colonel Carter" and Daniel "Dr. Jackson" or just "Carter" and "Jackson"?

I think it largely depends on how Peter is feeling towards SG-1 (antagonistic, friendly, respectful, etc)

Which, in turn, probably depends on how they meet (and if this is a first time or not)

Well, I don't want to spoil it, but it's the first time they're meeting, he's worried in general and annoyed at life, and he's the narrator (for that part, at least). I figure, he'd use their titles when speaking, but in his head?
