why won't this plotwolf let me be?

tigriswolfYeah, so this murderous plotwolf titled "Refractured"(a word I made up) is pretty much plotted out in my head. I have a beginning, a middle, and an end. I have reasons for why the characters do what they do, visuals, most everything they'll say...
And the prologue is completed, though I think it's too short and I may not like it that much. Maybe a thousand words(I've yet to type it up) of the first chapter is written. I have an outline and title for each chapter, plus who the narrator is and which world it takes place in.
If I ever do write it(I really, really don't want to give up on it), I'm scared I'll be disappointed. I've never put this much thought into a fic before.
*sigh*
Maybe I should delve deeper into the past I've created for Mary in the fic. But I think it'll be Christmas before I really get anything done.
