So, I'm watching Nightmare Before Christmas for the first time ever, and the opening number is AMAZING.  Seriously.  "I'm the who when you call 'who's there'"!?  I have a new favorite song.

Yup! And the TV with the DVD player got hijacked, so I actually only saw the first fifteen minutes. Continuing it now.

Hee! That's my 2 year old's favorite movie. "I wanna see more Jack!"

My gosh I can't imagine having not seen it before now. I saw it in the theater when it came out, and again at the 10 year re-release.

I've seen previews for it befor (usually around Halloween, I think), but I never really felt compelled to watch it. It looked creepy, actually.

Then TV tropes mentioned it (I can't even remember which trope, now), and I decided, what the hell.

And then that song, that song. If the rest is as wonderful as "This Is Halloween," I'll love it.

That's great! One of my favorite movies I just re-watched it again last weekend. My favorite characters are Sally and Oogie Boogie. I love Oogie's song. Though my favorite song is "What's this?!"
