I guess realpstilence is right, to just ignore or with a canned response. If you know them, you could say something along the lines of the muse taking you where it will, but it doesn't sound like it's that kind of situation.
I've never had a single comment from this person before. There are a few reviewers who only ever ask me to 'update soon,' and while those are annoying, it's all on one story. But leaving a comment on a story demanding an update on another?
So super awkward and entitled. Not even any nice comments on the story they commented on, just demands for a different *finished* story to be continued. Bizarre.
And then (seeing your comment above), they send two separate PMs of more of the same? Super weird. Are they block-able on the site they sent from? If so, I'd say block them and be done with it.
I'd ignore it if it were in mine... I don't write stories quickly, and am way too polite to say heavy things. But if I had to say something, the standard 'thank yous' would do.
Or, if you're feeling kind of angry about it (and rightfully) you could go the way of the slogan on Lizbeth's shirt in the English version of Girl With The Dragon Tattoo. I think it is quite apt in this case.
It says Fuck Off You Fucking Fuck. So yeah, pretty rude but honestly I think if they didn't even bother to say hi, or 'I really love your writing, but I especially like this one other story and I really hope you update it soon!' or something then they kind of deserve it.
"Thank you very much for your kind, encouraging words on both this story and the one you would like to see updated. More when I'm not fuming at your behaviour."?
Or ignore them. I always want to bitch, but I generally ignore these people and huff a lot.
I usually stare at the screen for a sec, and then go do something else for a little while before coming back to reply Thank you for reading. No more, no less.

I have a rule: I reply to all comments, unless the person has PMs blocked.
