THURSDAY!

I think my "Supernatural" fic is broken.  I've spent the last few days reading "The Magnificent Seven" fics, working on a long compilation of recs.  I've written a couple of three fics, all short, none of which are SN.  I'm still working on a somewhat long Devour/"Gilmore Girls" crossover that I wanted to be het, but is ending up a threesome: Jake/CuteSammyDean/Dakota.  Unless I kill Dakota.  I haven't decided yet.  But she and CuteSammyDean have already had relations.

I still LOVE SN and the boys and the real life boys.  But... and I still have ideas, dozens of beginnings, middles, and ends that aren't connected.  I am sad.

On the other hand, Eric Close?  Has gorgeous eyes.  So, it's really not a hardship watching "The Magnificent Seven" and "Without a Trace."  I've noticed that in fic, authors love torturing poor Vin, whether it's in an ATF story or an OW one.  Poor guy.

You know, my not-so-subtle plot was to convert half my flist to SPN, not to convert my SPN friends to Eric *sighs, is no good at plotting*. You, young girl get your SPN fic back! Remember, Sam made Dean promise to kill him if he turns evil, this should be enough to make your dark imagination esplode with the angst *nods*.
Seriously, I know how it is sometimes, you'll get your writing mojo back.

I had plans on a "Dark Angel"/"Supernatural" story where Rachel Berrisford is Sarah Blake's daughter. I actually worked out a timeline and everything. Then YOU showed me Mag7. AND "Without a Trace."

Forsaken rocks my socks. I found a little archive of Sean/Nick fics and read them whenever I need a porny pick-me-up. It's the poor girl's Supernatural as I like to call it.

As for the fic, I'm letting it go where it's going to go (oh, angst!) instead of where I wanted it to go. Bah.

Dude, you're doing the opposite of what I did. From fall 2005 to spring 2006, I wrote WAT fic (and one Mag7 fic), and then I decided hey, I really like SPN, and it'd be fun to write a SPN piece.

Not long after writing my first one, I could tell I probably wouldn't write WAT again. And ... I haven't.

I'm a slave to the muse, and the muse wants nothing but Winchesters these days. :)

Maybe the muse will come back to the Winchesters for you, but if not, just have fun with whatever you feel compelled to write. :)

So, I'm sitting in the school library, waiting for my lilsis to get out so I can take her home. And I get hit with this idea: a WaT/ATF 'verse Mag7 fic where that bastard Spaulding is found dead a week after he walks free.

So, I'm writing along happily, because I know what's gonna happen, how it's gonna happen, and why it's gonna happen(which is SO not always the case) when I hit a roadblock. I know next to nothing about guns and bullets.

But I really _really_ wanna keep writing, so I pull out my handy-dandy cell phone, call up my uncle, and ask(in the Christian school's elementary library) what's the smallest bullet that can be used to kill someone.

Because my uncle knows everything about everything, he gives me a long, detailed explantion, but I'm just gonna go with the basics.

Anyway. I'm giddy.

Too funny about calling your uncle in the middle of school with that question. I can imagine you might get some raised eyebrows if people heard it, though. :)

Two of my friends walked in while I was still on the phone. All they heard was parts about the dead guy's head getting blown off and what sorts of bullets could do that. *snickers*
