Star Trek Into Darkness/Doom fic idea

So, I really want to write a fic where Bones is actually Reaper from Doom and about a hundred years after Mars, he gets roped into another war. He's tired of all the shit people keeping dishing out, making the same mistakes over and over - so, he decides to take over and make things better.

But he can't do it as John Grimm, or as Reaper, so he decides to go by Khan; the rest of the name is chosen by the people who follow him.

His followers are just as 'superhuman' as him, but not using the same method. They're created by one of the warring factions, but decide to do their own thing instead of being simple soldiers for people who are nowhere near as advanced.

Reaper, though - he's worth following. So they do. And John Harrison, their leader, he slots in nicely as Khan's right hand.

As history shows, though, they lose. And while John Harrison and the rest are put in cryosleep and jettisoned off, Khan escapes. He tries to find them, but after searching for decades, he gives up.

Skip ahead, and he's Leonard 'Bones' McCoy, a burnt-out Starfleet cadet, golden boy Jim Kirk's best friend. And he's happy again, finally.

And then Admiral Marcus wakes John Harrison up.

Of course Bones recognizes him. And of course Reaper wants to save him, destroy Marcus, grab the rest of their people and go to ground somewhere -

But John Harrison calls himself 'Khan' and Bones knows nothing is easy anymore.

So, yeah, that's as far as I've gotten. Should Bones reveal himself, join up with Khan for the rest of the movie? Keep pretending he's Bones? I have no idea.

I might plot it out at work tomorrow, decide then. *shrugs*
