You've never seen anything as sad as a cat you cuddled with three days ago looking at you after you push him away right now because you realized he has fleas. Nothing ever in your whole life. He hasn't gotten any cuddles in three days and I really think it's starting to hurt him.

But! I finally got the flea medicine for him, so cuddles will probably resume tomorrow.

Just thought I'd share the sadness.

My cat let out this heartrending MIAOW while I was in the shower. I leaped out the shower and ran into the hall dripping wet cos I thought she'd been horribly injured. But she just wanted to go outside.

Our cats aren't allowed outside anymore. One completely vanished, and the next got run over, and so our current kitties are indoor only.

Thanks! It was an accident that I got such a perfect picture of the cat, because I didn't notice the sign in front of the bike, that made it seem like the cat was wanting to go somewhere, until after I'd taken it.
