So, I'm skimming through my 'good poems' folder and apparently, my criteria has changed in the ten or so years since I first started saving poems to it. *facepalm*
it does though. you go through life, experience changes you and so you see things differently. you see different things in your chosen media, the people you hang with and the treatment you accept.
Yeah, I really noticed that when I was doing commentary on stuff I wrote back in 2006/07. It's so weird seeing how I've changed as a person. Kinda like a time capsule, maybe?
