Okay, so I was gonna rewatch Supernatural season 1 today, but the DVD froze 14 minutes into the pilot. So instead, I am now reading Supernatural fanfic for the first time in a long time, and it's making me want to write for this show again.

"Oh no" to Supernatural freezing (do you have a DVD player cleaning disk? Could be dust on the lenses) and YAY to maybe more @tigriswolf early season SPN fic!

I tried cleaning it; alas, it didn't work. Along with freezing, it also made a painful high-pitched noise.

We've had success patching DVDs with toothpaste.
