HOME. This episode is the one that got me into Supernatural.

Asylum! I got so much fodder for angsty brother relationship from this one. And it has my favorite civilian of the week from season 1: Kat

So I just started Scarecrow and Mom’s in the room, and she looked at Jared Padalecki and said, “They’re so young! He’s a baby.” *hee*

“Dude, you fugly.”

Mom just said, while Dean’s trying to save that couple from the orchard, “God, they’re so cute.”

And now I’m explaining the episode to my aunt who’s never seen a single part of this show. *cackles*

Sam shows up to untie Dean.

My aunt: How’d he get there so fast?

“I’m not gonna let you die, period.”

Oh, fuck. Boys.

“Why do you deserve to live more than my daughter?”

Shit, Dean’s self-worth issues.

Sue Ann is still one of the creepiest villains.

And Dean doesn’t run. Of course he doesn’t.
