It would depend on the circumstances and if they're friends/friendly. In private? Bruce. In public? Principal Wayne. Headmaster Wayne. Superintendent Wayne.
I'm a teacher, and with both my current and past principals it was Mr. [Smith] or Mrs. [Smith] publicly, though I could use first name with Mrs. in private settings (no parents or students!), but it was rare as I was a newer, and much younger, teacher. I'm not comfortable enough with my new principal to use his first name, yet. The superintendent has his doctorate, so he is Dr. [Smith].
