If you were asked to pick one scene, one shot, one detail, one moment of some kind out of all the things I've ever made and say, This, this, for whatever reason, is what I remember; this is something that struck home with me, that I wanted to keep, what would it be?

“Well, go on, then, son,” Azazel prodded. “Open the door. Your brother waits.”

Dean bit his lip. “I didn’t save him, did I? I didn’t save any of them.”

Azazel smiled. “If it’s any consolation, you tried.”

I remembered the title and the concept, but I had to skim through again for the part that hit me most.

The title was also one of my favourite parts to the fic.

In the fic where Kurt kills himself in the auditorium, all the Finn/Puck moments could do, but especially the part where they go to the park to cloudwatch. (And selfishly I've wanted continuation though I know you have millions of others you do currently or have done alredy, but I accept that there's won't be more *blushes*)

Nothing big, just that Puck doesn't stop visiting and still seeks Finn's company, to do things like I mentioned - and then it turns into a really comfortable and close relationship (and neither ends up a Lima loser *lol*) :)

I'm going to answer this because I knew exactly which scene it would be! The one fic you've written, that just won't leave me alone, and I go back to read again and again, is the Charmed fic: Horsemen. I adore it, and the last scene never fail to give me goosebumps:

And maybe, Matthew thought the day his parents died, some things can’t be changed. He met Christian’s eyes—so old, so weary—and managed a broken smile.

His nod meant I remember you and then he let his anger fly.

Before, in another life, the world cowered at his feet. And now, in the face of his wrath, the world trembles.

And Christian stands beside him. He belongs nowhere else.

That one where Jim gets a chance to change everything but ends up dying. And then at the end his soul is cradled by those alien light creatures and they pass him down as legend. (I'm pretty sure that was you and I'll feel like an idiot if it wasn't.)

“I lived for you and have now died for you. I pray you rest gently and wait long
to join me.”

Always.

You've got this serial killer AU with Sam and Dean as a pair of very, very sick puppies. There's a line or two in there where you say how Dean could have stopped Sam any step of the way, but he never did.

That one's going to stick with me forever because of that utter, senseless loyalty. The sense of, "If you walk off the edge of the world I will follow, because it's you doing the leading". Does me in, every time I reread it for the sheer, brutal brilliance of the writing.

I'm snagging this meme because now I'm curious, too.
